Multi District Youth Conference 2011 Rajahmundry India District, India Bangalore Mission.
‘Our thoughts become words,
Our words become actions,
Our actions become habits,
Our habits become character,
Our character becomes our destiny’.
The young single adults of Rajahmundry and Hyderabad District of India had a Multi-District Youth Conference on 6th and 7th of June. This is the first ever youth conference after Rajahmundry became a district.
'We Believe, Character Becomes Destiny’ was the theme for the conference, introduced by the District Young Women and Young Men Presidents of Rajahmundry, Sister Shilpa Nakka and Brother Injeti Radha Krishna.
The conference was addressed by the District Presidents of Rajahmundry and Hyderabad India District president Gudey and President Mummidivarapu President Steven Mudumala – 1st Counselor in the Mission Presidency of India.
On the first day of the conference, the youth were divided into different groups, each group had exciting activities, workshops and scripture quiz.
 
Delicious lunch was followed by fun filled yet meaningful talent shows, games, dance and movie on the life of the present day prophet, President Thomas. S. Monson.
On the second day of the conference, the youth were divided into three groups for a service project at government Central Prison, Schade Girls’ High School and Police Quarters at Rajahmundry. This was followed by a word guessing game.
The Youth Conference helped the single adults come together, get to know each other, enjoy each others’ company, learn to design their destinies, strengthen their character, serve their community, direct their destinies and celebrate life!
